MONCOBRA has been awarded three new HVAC projects within the framework of the Picasso Project, which will be developed at the BIOS Plant of Energy Park \u2013 La R\u00e1bida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The awarded projects include the CCB Control Building and Substations No. 10 and No. 11, all designed in accordance with MOEVE\u2019s technical specifications and integrated with the plant\u2019s safety and fire detection systems.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

CCB Control Building: new HVAC system for the Control Center Building<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The scope of the project includes the supply and installation of a new centralized HVAC system, designed to ensure comfort conditions and thermal stability in the control building.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The designed system is based on centralized chilled and hot water production through water-to-water chillers, capable of generating both thermal regimes simultaneously. The installation is structured around two independent hydraulic circuits: an evaporation circuit for chilled water and a condensation circuit for hot water.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The building\u2019s air conditioning is provided by four Air Handling Units (AHUs), serving the different areas of the facility, which is divided into four independent climate control zones.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The installation is governed by a PLC-based control system, responsible for sequencing chillers, pumps and valves, while also enabling the monitoring of the main operating variables, such as temperature, pressure and flow rate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The HVAC system will be interconnected with the F&G system so that, in the event of fire detection, the system is automatically shut down.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Substations No. 10 and No. 11: air conditioning and pressurization systems<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The project for the substations includes the supply and installation of a new air conditioning and pressurization system, designed to maintain indoor temperature conditions and prevent the ingress of external dirt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The system consists of Rooftop units, with two units installed per floor, supplying a mixture of return air and outdoor air in accordance with the design criteria established by MOEVE.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n In accordance with current technical regulations, monitoring and control will be carried out through a PLC, continuously supervising the critical operating parameters.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The system will also be fully integrated with the F&G system, enabling the safe shutdown of the installation and the closing of dampers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Committed to efficiency, safety and reliability<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Through these recent awards, MONCOBRA reinforces its commitment to the development of safe, efficient and highly reliable industrial infrastructures, providing advanced technical solutions adapted to highly demanding operational environments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n MONCOBRA\u2019s participation in the Picasso Project consolidates the company\u2019s experience in HVAC projects within the energy and industrial sectors.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2359,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true},"class_list":["post-2358","actualidad","type-actualidad","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"translation":{"provider":"WPGlobus","version":"3.0.2","language":"gb","enabled_languages":["es","gb","fr"],"languages":{"es":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"gb":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false},"fr":{"title":true,"content":true,"excerpt":false}}},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
