Comprehensive maintenance of the new University Hospital of Toledo

Comprehensive maintenance of the new University Hospital of Toledo, a public hospital serving 116 municipalities and around 500,000 inhabitants. The maintained installations include a variety of critical systems such as thermal and refrigeration installations; Low and Medium Voltage systems; transformer substations; lightning protection; domestic hot water (DHW) and cold water for human consumption (CWHC) networks. Energy management includes monitoring and control of water, gas, electricity and fuel invoices; fiscal meters and measuring equipment; supply of cooling and heating; the photovoltaic solar installation and thermal equipment. Energy reports and audits have been prepared, improvement proposals presented and regulations updated. Ongoing energy audits and advisory services have been delivered to the client.
