Comprehensive maintenance of the new University Hospital of Toledo, a public hospital serving 116 municipalities and around 500,000 inhabitants. The maintained installations include a variety of critical systems such as thermal and refrigeration installations; Low and Medium Voltage systems; transformer substations; lightning protection; domestic hot water (DHW) and cold water for human consumption (CWHC) networks. Energy management includes monitoring and control of water, gas, electricity and fuel invoices; fiscal meters and measuring equipment; supply of cooling and heating; the photovoltaic solar installation and thermal equipment.
