Maintenance of installations in buildings of the Consorci Zona Franca of Barcelona

Maintenance of installations in buildings of the Consorci Zona Franca of Barcelona, whose objective is the economic dynamization of the city of Barcelona and its metropolitan area. Maintained installations include fire protection systems (FPS), HVAC equipment, electrical installations (LV and HV), plumbing, sanitation, domestic hot water (DHW) systems and trades such as carpentry and masonry. Energy audits were conducted in six buildings assessing consumption and the efficiency of energy systems. Based on these analyses, improvements were proposed including more efficient technologies, equipment modernization, improved thermal insulation and more sustainable management practices aimed at reducing energy consumption, lowering operating costs and minimizing environmental impact.
